Hi Becky,I love your artwork, it's just beautiful!I was wondering if you have any tutorials available? I'm interested in learning about adding textures to vectors, I particularly like your "Cinderella" piece, it has that vintage grain feel to it. Please let me know if you have anything available for purchaseThank you for your time,Maria

Thank you! I’m currently looking into putting some stuff up in a shop (If anyone has any suggestions on what drawings to put up, let me know!)

I’ve been asked how I add textures to my drawings quite a bit, so I whipped up this quick tutorial for Photoshop. I really hope it helps!

  1. Find a texture! The one I used  in my Cinderella drawing was from Fudge Graphics
  2. Place paper texture over drawing as it’s own layer (copy and paste or drag and drop)
  3. Set texture layer to “Multiply” image
  4. Play around with the opacity to get the look you desire!

Note: For most of my other drawings I use darker paper textures and for these I set the layer to “Overlay”

If you have any questions, let me know! <3
